Alberto is a founding partner of the firm, which he started independently in the late 1970s and subsequently strengthened with profiles and skills that have broadened the qualitative target of services offered to clients. He is an expert in corporate and business taxation matters, corporate and reorganisation transactions. He assists Italian clients in the area of succession-financial advice on family assets.
