Maurizio is an expert in corporate matters, managing legal compliance and corporate contractual consulting projects (drafting and negotiation). He assists national and multinational companies operating in the industrial manufacturing and production, services, media and telecommunications sectors, with a particular focus on legal assistance to healthcare and pharmaceutical companies.
